Then I realised redesigning websites wouldn't be possible without a prior re-brand. I've decided to assemble an in-house marketing team, hire new agencies and freelancers. We've all joined forces to create something truly amazing.
When commencing the project, EvenGreener was facing a multitude of problems:
- no in-house marketing,
- low customer retention,
- no social media presence,
- low-cost brand positioning,
- relying on manual processes,
- a clunky and outdated website,
- poor customer rating and reputation,
- no clear brand identity - had only an oldschool logo,
- over 50% of traffic coming from PPC despite trading for over 20 years.
The eCommerce migration project was designed to alleviate these challenges in order to stay competitive and encourage a sustainable lifestyle amongst UK consumers.
During discovery workshops, we focused on three main dilemmas around our target audience:
1/ How do we cater to both younger and older segments?
2/ How do we inspire both novice gardeners and more seasoned gardening fanatics?
3/ How can we encourage both the “functional” customer and the more environmentally-conscious shopper to change their habits?
This is how we've moved from good to great, leaving our competitors far behind...
✔️ Impact figures include a remarkable 60% drop in Bounce Rate, an impressive count of 1,500+ positive reviews, a phenomenal 2X increase in both revenue and site traffic visitors, and an outstanding 30% boost in repeat customers.
✔️ The fresh branding and brand video showcasing the company's values further spread EvenGreener's climate-positive message, resonating with audiences far and wide.
✔️ Migration to Shopify has provided EvenGreener with enhanced visual control over the front-end, allowing them to customise it with an eye-catching design that captures the essence of their brand.
With a stellar 2X increase in revenue just a couple of weeks after migration, EvenGreener's success is undeniable. In only three months after launch, we have already observed a shift in brand perception. With a new website we were able to tap into a new market centred around eco-living.
This rebrand has been selected as a finalist for the 2023 Prolific North Creative Awards. 🍀 I'm grateful my project has been recognised alongside some of the most renowned household names.
