I was given one task: to migrate us to a new eCommerce platform.
Then I realised redesigning websites wouldn't be possible without a prior re-brand. I've decided to assemble an in-house marketing team, hire new agencies and freelancers. We've all joined forces to create something truly amazing.
The challenge
When commencing the project, EvenGreener was facing a multitude of problems:
• no in-house marketing,
• low customer retention,
• no social media presence,
• low-cost brand positioning,
• relying on manual processes,
• a clunky and outdated website,
• poor customer rating and reputation,
• no clear brand identity - had only an oldschool logo,
• over 50% of traffic coming from PPC despite trading for over 20 years.
The eCommerce migration project was designed to alleviate these challenges in order to stay competitive and encourage a sustainable lifestyle amongst UK consumers.
