I joined Sweek Stories (a part of Mybestseller publishing) and led all marketing activities for the English-speaking market.

During my tenure, Sweek surpassed the 1M user milestone.

The challenge

    • absence of social media strategy,
  • investor pressure to drive fast user growth at minimal cost

How I helped Sweek

  • Collaborated with co-founders to refine and execute a marketing strategy covering socials, site content, customer service, partnerships and campaigns.
  • Developed social media templates and frameworks for streamlined content production across diverse markets, enhancing day-to-day efficiency.
  • Wore multiple hats as a blog writer, social media creator, campaign planner, and customer service representative (to name a few!).
  • Acted as a brand guardian and provided training on brand guidelines to new hires.
  • Conducted thorough competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Successfully organised and ran writing contests within the available budget.
  • Developed lasting partnerships with influencers and partner organisations.
  • Coordinated a team of brand ambassadors.
