The challenge
Hired by SERASAR to future-proof their eCommerce store so the owner can set it on autopilot. To achieve this, I:
• Overhauled the existing site by collaborating with the web developer to fix all critical functionality, usability, and conversion-preventing issues.
• Re-imagined the home page design and all core email flow designs (including welcome, post-purchase, and abandonment emails).
• Coordinated the SERASAR team of designers, web developers, copywriters, and social media managers.
• Set up a user behaviour tracking tool to better understand website users and their behaviour on the site.
• Managed existing projects and re-prioritised the team's workload based on potential business impact.
• Fixed and A/B tested old email forms and launched new ones.
• Ran email campaigns to test out list revenue potential.
